Strathspey 4x32 bars, four couples in a four couple set
Devised by Ildikó Szakolczai, 2025

Devised for István Szabó, also called Pityu, the chief pastry maker of Budapest Scottish Dance Club,
to celebrate his 80th birthday on 14th June 2025.
The title was inspired by the name of the Hungarian cake E80 ;-)

 1- 4	1c+4c cross RH & Set; 
        WHILE 2c+3c RHA dancing to the centre & pulling RSh back turn 
        individually to end in the middle. 2s facing up, 3s facing down
 5- 8	2c+1c & 3c+4c dance 1/2 Alternating Tandem LSh Reel of 3 accross the set 
        (1c & 4c end facing out)
 9-12	2c+1M+4M & 3c+1L+4L dance 1/2 Alternating Tandem RSh Reel of 3 on sides 
        (1c & 4c ending with loop) 
        (order on M's side:4M, 2M, 2L, 1M; on L's side: 4L, 3M, 3L,1L)
13-16	3c+2c 1/2 RH across dancing to the centre, pull back RSh & dance out 
        to next place clockwise round on own sides. (4,3,2,1)
2c+3c 3/4 RHA dancing to the centre & pulling RSh back twirl to the sides 
        (4,3,2,1)
17-24	4c+3c & 2c+1c dance the Tourbillon, 4c & 1c finishing with 1/2 RHA 
        (1c ending facing out) (3,1,4,2)
25-32	3c+1c dance Dbl Fig8 3c start crossing down, 
        WHILE 4c+2c circle4 & back (3,1,4,2)
