a weekend of Scottish Country Dancing with an excellent teacher and musicians in a spacious dance hall in a superb location in Budapest, on the edge of the City Park near Heroes's Square and Széchenyi Baths.

Tourist programme
Balaton-Herend-Veszprém-Hévíz-Keszthely 28 April - 2 May

We are planning to discover the area, the culture and the local cuisine and wines in the vicinity of Lake Balaton, the second largest lake in Europe. We will visit the porcelain factory/museum in Herend and watch porcelain painters at work, see the sights of Veszprém, the City of Queens, bathe in the natural thermal lake in Hévíz, admire a painting of a man wearing full highland outfit in the Festetich Palace in Keszthely, see the volcanic hills used for wine-growing, have a look at a traditional Hungarian farm and many more... The tentative schedule is as follows:
